Realtor Testimonials

"For nearly 20 years, Straughan Appraisal Services has been my trusted resource for appraisals and market knowledge. Stephen is my first choice when a client, friend, or family member needs an appraisal for a home purchase, refinance, divorce, or pricing advice. He is always willing to take my call and offer guidance when I have questions about unique properties. He treats me with respect and makes me feel valued as both a repeat client and a referral source. His expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness consistently exceed my expectations. He is genuinely committed to helping people, which is why I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking exceptional appraisal services."
